Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit fee of $10 must be zelled to (626)720-3693 within 24hrs of booking and will go towards your service or your appointment will be canceled.
You are given a 5min grace period. Anything after 5mins will be charged a $5 fee for up to 10mins from original appointment. After 10 mins you will loose your appointment as well as your deposit fee and will have to reschedule followed by a new deposit fee. Please be mindful of other clients appointments.
If needed please cancel 24hrs prior to appointment time. Any appointment canceled without a 24hr notice will loose their deposit fee and will have to reschedule followed by a new deposit fee. For whatever reason you are unable to cancel please reach out to me at (626)720-3693. I am very understanding and all I ask is just to communicate with me and you will not loose your deposit fee.
